RMG (management) properties

following on from the ANPR ltd thread further down , it seems that RMG are going "la-la-la" when challenged as to why they are using a non accredited company.
on there website they clearly state
""From 2015 flat owners who use ARMA-Q accredited agents to manage their property will be guaranteed a number of safeguards including: • Higher professional standards and levels of customer care • A transparent and open service • Access to an independent regulatory panel
To achieve accreditation, managing agents must demonstrate that they comply with over 160 rigorous industry standards. It's the first time such measures have been introduced for agents in England and Wales, where there are an estimated five million leasehold properties."
ANPR are not a member of a recognised ATA , therefore do not comply with your terms, as they cannot offer Access to an independent regulatory panel
but still the la-la-la
if you live in a RMG managed property , and shudder the thought of them bringing ANPR ltd to your location , please contact RMG , and complain , the more complaints the better

Their five stage complaints system, culminating in the Ombudsman, seems to be pretty robust.

however that would only apply IF you were a tenant , in the other ANPR Ltd case , the OP was a prospective client viewing the property with permission to view
to quote there words

You could easily argue that the OP in question received a service (parking) from RMG.Je suis Charlie.0
