Samsung TV - John Lewis - will they help?

Hiya
We got a Samsung flat screen from John Lewis about 14 months ago. We paid for this using vouchers.
The TV has developed a fault - thin black line. It is there on all inputs.
We cannot find the paperwork though. Obviously I will call them in the week when they are open, but do you think they will help us?

It's always worth a try to give them a call and see what can be done.
Generally JL are known for 'good' customer service, so you may get somewhere.
If not you should have rights under SOGA. You'd get better advice by asking for this thread to be moved over to the consumer rights board.0 -

I'd be very surprised if they don't have all your details on computer considering you will have a 5 year guarantee with this TV.0 -
