I can transfer my pictures from my Galaxy S5 to my PC (Windows7) no problem but how do I transfer videos? I've googled the problem but nothing seems to work, thanks for any advice, oh and I'm old so need it in plain English please

It's someone else's fault.

well RTFM is the usual answer.
Tried using Samsungs sync software?0 -
so many different ways to do it but easiest way is just to connect phone to pc with cable and copy and paste from folder where videos are stored on phone.
if you have google photos on phone and backup and sync is on you can login to your google account on pc and see photos and videos to download"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0 -
Thanks, RTFM is useless for this. Am trying other ways. It's someone else's fault.0

I've was doing this last week for someone and found that photos were scattered in about 10 different folders across the disk. It seems different apps store photos in their own folders. I's imagine it's the same for videos.0

I use the phototransfer app, got it free a couple of months ago. Really does the job.Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.0 -

Sorry for the delay in replying, been on holiday. Yes really. Page 188 worked perfectly for my Galaxy S4 but just imports photos and not videos on the S5. Page 189 is now out of date as Kies has been upgraded to Smart Switch which also for some reason ignores my videos. It's someone else's fault.0 -
Should also say I've solved the problem with cut and paste as previously suggested, so on the bright side at least I've learnt something new. It's someone else's fault.0
