I volunteer at the local 'old folks home' as a 'computer trainer'

It's a 1 to 1 (luckily!)

My 'client' supports Liverpool football club and has subscribed to LFC Go - their on-line TV channel

Each time he goes to LFC Go he has to enter his password, despite ticking the 'keep me logged in' box
I filled in the 'contact us' bit on their website and the auto responder promised a reply within 5 days
Ten days later I got this ....

Thank you for contacting Liverpool Football Club.

Our technical team have looked into this for you and have confirmed that it does sound like the device that Tony is using is clearing cookies after each session and this is the reason why it keeps asking him to log in.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may be causing.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any further queries.

Thank you for your continued support.

Kind Regards

L...........

I have replied giving them both barrels ... customer experience my arm!!!

Can anyone suggest a resolution to this problem.
An old guy in a wheel chair with limited eyesight and limited dexterity, really can't be bothered to type in his details each time.

Have you checked the settings for the internet browser you are using on the iPad (most likely the default of Safari)?

Changed it to 'allow all cookies', but still won't remember his password.

Downloaded G Chrome and it seems to be working ok.
