can banks charge after a successful reclaim?

why do banks still levy charges while an action to reclaim charges is underway?, especially since the charges they add will not be included in the amount reclaimed.
can, and will, they continue to levy charges after a successful reclaim and, if so what can be done about these new charges?

In truth, very little (until such time as the test case against them clarifies the legal position).
They continue to charge because they can and most likely because it is far easier not to make changes against a specific account and leave their charging structure in place against all customers.
What can you do? Reclaim them again!0 -
