ES Private Parking

Hi all, my first post here. My flat parking supplier (the management company) hired ES company to charge anyone that parks without a permit. I never got a permit (which they claim they did send it to me) and I parked in my own space as usual resulting in a ticket fine of 50 if paid in 14 days and 100 if otherwise.

I spoke to both the parking company and the building management and none of them can cancel the ticket. I now managed to claim a parking permit but still have to pay the fines. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I spoke to both the parking company and the building management and none of them want to cancel the ticket as they are greedy for my money. I now managed to claim a parking permit and will not be paying their scam invoice. Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean by 'my own space'?

Are you a tenant? a leasehold owner?

Dig out your tenancy agreement/lease now.

  • Parking charge notice from private firm is an invoice!!! Just had a reply to my appeal from POPLA and its FANTASTIC NEWS!!! CANCELLED! It has taken 3 months but worth the wait. MSE is the best platform to get info on how to appeal.

Why not pin a copy of the appeal result on your notice board so that if any other residents are being scammed they can see how to deal with it.
