New Leather Sofa - 5 Days old, Loose seat, is this normal?

Bought a new sofa from Next clearance store 5 days ago and one of the seats leather is already quite loose. Its my first time buying a real leather sofa and whilst I expect over time it would do this, I didn't expect it to look and feel so loose so soon.
Was £1055 down to £420. (Previously was £660)
Before I ring Next and arrange a van to take back to store for refund, just wanted some other opinions on this.
Images attached of exact sofa in the store when purchased (it was collect on the day from store) and today, its the right hand seat. I'm 11 stone and I have sat on it each night for a few hours only.

I think it would be reasonable to say a new sofa is not fit for purpose if it is defective after 5 days of reasonable use. Surely even 5 days of abuse (within reason) shouldn't cause it to become defective really.0

Leather is naturally stretchy and something I would expect within a few days, think about how quickly your own leather shoes stretch to fit your foot shape.0

I think it natural for leather to stretch a bit. Perhaps try not to sit in the very same place every time then it will not be so noticeable."'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life

I wouldn't be happy with that after only 5 days.... but then I have never had leather furniture either.0
