Switched to OV via Cheap Energy club

Made the switch via MSE around 3-4 weeks ago. We have had emails off First Utility (the company we are leaving) saying the switch takes place on the 8th September, but I haven't had a single piece of correspondence from OV energy to confirm any of this or get any of my details??

With the switch in two days I am unsure how to proceed?

I normally use Uswitch for my changes, but this is the first time I have used MSE or OVO Energy...
A smile costs nothing, but gives a lot.

    Take meter readings weekly in case of problems .

    Check your junk mail folder the correspondence may have found it's way into there then ring the supplier you are going to immediately to find out where the welcome letter & terms and conditions are.

    E-mail Ovo Energy at [email]hello@ovoenergy.com and ask for an update. You should have had a welcome pack through the post giving details of your contract. They also send out e-mails etc requesting meter readings etc. Make sure that you note down actual meter readings for the date of the switch. It would seem that something may have gone amiss: hopefully, it can be resolved quickly.[/email]
