When you open an account they ask your previous addresses of the last three years. Do they ask for proofs of these previous addresses?

Sometimes they will ask for you to provide a photograph to show you lived there...
For example you may have put one on social media to show your first day in your new home? Or if you had a Barbecue there one summer with some family and friends....0 -

If an overseas address they might demand proof, such as ID card or drivers licence with that address on it. At least we did at the bank I use to work for.0
