    I would disable the landing sensor (take the battery out or switch off if possible). If it stops going off then I would replace the sensor.

    The direct next door neighbours I refered to in my post #7 - definitely do not. The only change from them is a new ?Hyundai i40 in July.
    The elderly neighbours in the bungalow probably do not either, I can not say this for certain.

    Well I read a report once regarding a UK street where car alarms kept going off at random, it took years for them to figure out it was being caused by an old wireless home alarm system.
    Your issue could well be the same thing, but the other way around.
