Another quick update, we have passed all we needed to and are now at the house survey stage so it has taken 5 weeks from initial application to survey! We were asked to pay a car loan off which delayed it for a week so I would say I would expect maybe 4 weeks to survey approx!

We are still waiting on news which isn't a surprise ! i'm starting to get really fed up with it all i think we are now in our forth week !! so maybe we will get some news next week!! good to hear that it's all going through for you.

How’s everything going with you? we are just waiting for valuation to be done which is happening this week!

Hi finally we got our mortgage offer yesterday about 10 days after the valuation which was a total of 8 weeks from mortgage application to mortgage offer. At least now we can move forward, we are hoping for a completion date of the 1st of November so fingers crossed! Glad your valuation is finally being done

Well 1st of November is here, we still haven't exchanged. Complied to all the conditions on the binding offer and then they change what they are asking for, if our broker hadn't stepped in we would be waiting three months for a radon report. Submitted our Certificate of Title yesterday they still cant confirm the completion date until Friday even though we have given them six days notice to release funds. 7th November completion at the moment, I will probably be retired before we ever get our house. Solicitor is very slow at coming back which is not helpful. Feeling very stressed

We finally recieved our mortgage offer today and thought all the stress was over but sounds like it isn’t if you still having trouble with them! they are a shocking company !! hope you get things resolved so you can move!
