    Seen plenty of houses built of cards come tumbling down over the years. Leverage is a double edged sword. Red or black. With the risk that every so often 0 comes up.

  • In your situation I would most certainly invest in a property and then take in a lodger. From April 16, 2016 you could earn £7,500 tax free :).
