Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 7.00 p.m. on Sunday 4 October 2015.

Postal entries must be received by 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 8 October 2015.

Up to 37 entries per phone number. Maximum 39 entries per person, per entry method (Postal/Text/Phone).

The winner must be a UK resident, aged 18 years or over.

Each call costs £1.50 plus your network access charge.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
This element of the Prize consists of a Mercedes Benz GLA 220 CDI 4Matic in Cirrus White with Lava Black leather upholstery with red perforations and red seat belts (the “Car”) including first registration fee. The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner's home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note, a current driver’s licence and/or current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport, and proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Trip to Florida, USA
This element of the Prize consists of a trip to Florida, USA for the winner and three (3) companions. The Prize includes:

· return business class flights from a London airport to Orlando International Airport for the winner and three (3) companions (including one (1) item of hold luggage per person (maximum 23 kilograms)). Flights may be indirect;
· hotel accommodation for three (3) nights at a five-star hotel in Orlando, Florida specified by the Prize Provider (on a room-only basis) followed by seven nights’ accommodation at The Four Seasons Resort, Palm Beach (on a bed and breakfast basis) for the winner and three (3) companions. The winner and three (3) companions will stay in either two double or twin rooms based on two adults sharing each room, or in a family room based on a family of four (4) sharing a family room (a family room consists of two (2) adults and two (2) children aged 16 years or under, or one (1) adult and three (3) children aged 16 years or under, or three (3) adults and one (1) child aged 16 years or under on the dates of travel) (subject to availability). Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes;
· Astronaut Training Experience (ATX) admission for one day during the winner’s stay at the five-star hotel in Orlando, Florida at the Kennedy Space Centre Visitor Complex for the winner and three (3) companions (subject to availability at the time of booking), including:

o Spaceflight Training Simulators, Full Scale Space Shuttle Mission Exploration and Simulation;
o Astronaut Training Experience souvenir (polo shirt and pen);
o Signed print from an astronaut;
o Certificate of Astronaut Experience; and
o Access to the Journey to Mars interactive exhibit;

· Private return transfers from the five-star Orlando hotel to the Astronaut Training Experience at the Kennedy Space Centre Visitor Complex.
· travel insurance for the winner and three (3) companions;
· private transfer from Orlando International Airport to the five-star hotel in Orlando;
· private transfer from the five-star hotel in Orlando to The Four Seasons Resort, Palm Beach; and
· private transfer from The Four Seasons Resort, Palm Beach to Orlando International Airport.

If any of the winner’s companions are below the required age of seven (7) years old, the visit does not coincide with the available dates for the Family ATX programme, or the winner and/or one or more of their companions are unable to participate in the tour for another reason, at the Prize Provider’s discretion the winner and three (3) companions will get a guided tour of NASA property for ninety (90) minutes instead (subject to availability at the time of booking).

This element of the Prize is subject to availability and must be booked and taken up by 30 November 2016. This element of the Prize must not be taken on the following dates:

· 25 December 2015;
· 26 December 2015;
· 1 January 2016;
· 14 February 2016;
· 25 March 2016 to 28 March 2016 (inclusive);
· 2 May 2016;
· 25 May 2015;
· 30 May 2016;
· 3 July 2016;
· 4 July 2016;
· 29 August 2016;
· 7 September 2016;
· 11 November 2016; and
· 26 November 2016.

The trip must be booked at least ninety (90) days prior to the intended travel date. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the Prize on the relevant dates.

Where any of the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the Prize.

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the Prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the visa entry requirements to USA. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.

The travel insurance policy is subject to exclusions (including pre-existing medical conditions), age limits and excesses. The travel insurance policy is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. If the winner or any member of the travelling party is not eligible for travel insurance it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover where they would not be covered by this insurance including without limitation covering overseas medical costs. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover.

The Astronaut Training Experience at the Kennedy Space Centre will be subject to height and weight restrictions and participants should not have any neck and/or back injuries. The winner and their companions will need to sign a Medical Restrictions Consent Form in order to participate. Participants aged 7 to 17 must be accompanied by a participating, adult over the age of 18.

The Prize excludes ground transport between the London airport and the winner’s (and/or their companions’) home address, ground transport in the USA, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions and attractions (other than those specified above), treatments, car hire, personal expenses, taxes (including without limitation national and local taxes) and visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the Prize.

There is no cash alternative and the Prize, including any flights is non-changeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Once booked the Prize cannot be amended or altered. All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time.
