Old Share Certficate - Advice please

Hi

I would welcome any advice please.

I have a share certificate form a company called Totalise Plc which was issued in 2000. They were one of a number of internet providers who tried to encourage new customers by offering free shares.

I forgot all about it until recently and then found a certificate for 210 shares. I recall they were bought out some time ago but I cant find any trail after a lot of searching. I suspect they may be worthless but you never know and so I wondered if anyone can suggest how or who I need to approach to find out for sure?

Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks
