can I change a Ryanair flight?

I have booked two return flights early October from Stansted to Dublin, with handluggage only & priority boarding. I now wish I had booked just one way flight to Dublin and returning from a different airport in Southern Ireland. When I looked at Ryanair site, it seemed to say I can only change the complete route, ie could not fly from Stamsted? Is this a way to stop us changing. I expect I'll just have to go with it, but wondered if anyones got any good ideas? Thanks

    Hi sunflower,

You should be able to change just one end of the route, I did a few months ago. Log into your booking and it will let you play around with the booking to check the new prices. Just make sure you don't confirm until you get the combination you want! x

just book a single back from where ever you want. You will get no refund for the unused portion of original booking.

ie fly out on original booking. Just dont show up for return (they dont care)
    Return from chosen airport.
  • thanks I'll try it is there a charge for changing? Knowing Ryanair there probably is!

Yes, it is £20 plus the difference in the price of the flight.

If you got a v cheap flight initially (one of the 1p or £10 ones), then you will be best to do as Budgetflyer suggests, and just book a new flight.

Try both options, price up a new booking and the flight change, see which is cheapest! x
