Terms and Conditions
The Last Minute Cottages Limited (LMC Ltd) prize in this Autumn 2015 competition draw is to win a weekend away in a choice of one of six properties as specified and £100 worth of COOK vouchers.
The prize winner will be contacted at the end of the competition to make arrangements for the delivery of the vouchers to the winner and also with the owners of the property in which the winner chooses to stay. The booking contract, arrangements for the dates of the stay, arrival times etc. will be made directly with the property owners. Last Minute Cottages Limted or COOK bears no responsibiltiy for these arrangements or the booking contract.
The weekend break must be taken in either October or November and excludes October half term.
The closing date for entry to the competition is 25th September 2015. The winner will be drawn by LMC within 3 days of the closing date and notified by email. In the case where LMC Ltd are unable to contact the winner within 4 days of the original notification, the draw will take place a second time and a new winner will be announced. Please make sure that contact details are correct as LMC Ltd and COOK will not be held responsible for incorrect details. The winning decision made by LMC Ltd and COOK jointly is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners may be asked to take part in competition publicity.
One entry per person and entries are limited to individuals only; businesses or trade will not be accepted and the competition is open to residents of the UK. Entrants must be 18 years or over. By entering the competition entrants are agreeing to the terms and conditions and must tick the appropriate box to agree during the competition entry.
Entries to the competition will be made via the LMC Ltd and COOK web sites only, only one entry per person is permitted via either site.
All information asked for on the form must be given to qualify for entry.
The competition is not open to employees of LMC Ltd and COOK and their families.
All entrants contact details, if entered via LMC web site, will be used for future newsletters and/or promotions and may be passed on the donators of the competition prize only if requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.
LMC Ltd works hard to ensure that the site works correctly, but occasionally system failures occur or time is needed for maintenance or unexpected repairs of the site and LMC Ltd will not be held responsible for such interruptions to the service. The same applies to any failure during entry to the competition. LMC Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the competition at any time with or without notice either temporarily or permanently.

Scotchcoulthard Holiday Cottages Haltwhistle, Northumberland. Three cottages situated in The Northumberland National Park on a small farm with 180 acres of land.
