All entries must be received by 23:59 on Saturday, December 5, 2015. 7. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
9. One winning entrant will win a 17-night escorted tour holiday for two to South Africa. Departing on November 5, 2016, the prize package comprises:
• The winner’s choice of chauffeured transfers between the winner’s home or nearest point on the UK Mainland and nearest airport for an included domestic flight to your main departure airport, standard class rail travel from your local station to your departure airport, or complimentary parking at the airport, if the winner prefers to drive
• Return economy class flights, flying from London Heathrow to Johannesburg, returning from Cape Town to Heathrow via Johannesburg
• 15 nights’, minimum 3-star, accommodation based on two people sharing

10. The prize must be taken as one package.
11. The prize does not include travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they and their guest each has a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
