•The Prize for one (1) winner is a trip to New England, USA for two (2) people, including economy class flights from the UK to Providence/Boston, 3 nights’ accommodation, a meal at Chez Pascal and self-drive car hire.
•Return economy flights from a UK aiport (domestic transfers not included)
•Accommodation in a four-star hotel, twin or double room depending on availability.
•Breakfast is included.
•The prize includes one dinner for two at Chez Pascal, East Side (960 Hope St, Providence).
•The prize includes self-drive car-hire.
•The winner and companion are responsible for all passport requirements, visa requirements, all insurances including travel, medical and driving.
•At least one person must be 21 years or over.
•Dates of travel are weekends, between 15 January & 30 November 2016, excluding local & US national holidays.
•Car hire driver must be 21 or over and have held a full clean driving licence for over a year and have a credit card in their name.
•Hotel is based on two people sharing one room. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover incidentals.
•Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
•Winners and his/her guest must have valid passports and applicable visas/permissions. Winner and his/her guest must register on line for US ESTA immigration: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov if applicable.
•Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.
•There is no cash alternative to the Prizes, which are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. The Prize may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion by the Prize winner.
•Prize winners may be required to take part in reasonable post-competition publicity for Warner and may be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded by Warner or other third parties for publicity and he/she consents to the use of his/her personal data for such purposes
