Annual meter reading for comparison websites?

Hello,

How do you calculate you meter readings to use on comparison websites?

I went on the npower website and took some details of previous meter readings I've uploaded, I have tried to space them 12 months apart. Can anyone tell me roughly what annual figures I should put into a comparison website?

Thanks in advance.

...but the gas meter reading has to be converted to kWhs. If you have a metric meter multiply by 11.2. If it is an imperial meter (ft cubed) then multiply by 32.

As above, the gas readings have to be converted to kWh, and it depends on if you have a metric or imperial meter.
However, your latest statement may well state on it what your annual consumption is predicted to be. If that is anywhere near 1,400kWh electricity and either 5,936kWh (metric) or 16,960kWh (imperial) for gas - more likely the latter if you have gas heating and hot water, then use it. Otherwise use the kWh given here once you know what type of gas meter you have.
