Telephone appointment for Halifax full mortgage application

Hi everyone,
I have a telephone appointment next week to carry out my full mortgage application. DIP already done a month ago.
Can I check that documents like payslips etc can be sent to them following the appointment? They haven't said I need to submit anything to them prior to the meeting?
Also regarding bonuses. I receive an annual bonus. Last year it was £4k. Will that be taken into account by Halifax for the mortgage?
My wife received additional responsibility allowance of an extra £1k a month on top of her basic pay. Am I right that only 50-60% is taken into account for the mortgage?
Thanks

Have a look at their intermediary site for what income they allow and what proofs are required
although if you already have a DIP you must know what they are willing to lend you (approximately of course) http://www.halifax-intermediaries.co.uk/criteria/mortgage/default.aspx0 -
ps you don't have to send any proofs prior to the full application0
