Just had a 'perfect' customer experience after phoning Google to report a problem with my ChromeCast (little device for getting internet content onto your TV).

They knew what they were talking about, they were friendly, they didn't dispute what I was saying; and they've given me a complete replacement of a defective product that is 18 months old.

Nice one Google!
