Tree at the rear of the garden

I have a similar problem - my neighbour told me tree roots from my huge fir tree at the bottom of the gardenare protruding in his lawn. Is it true it's my full responsibility? I know he won't pay do I have to dig up his entire lawn and lay a new one and cut down tree? I'm very stressed as its going to cost thousands0

Good grief, hasn't he had a lawn before? Most lawns have tree roots under them, and plenty of other things too.I have a similar problem - my neighbour told me tree roots from my huge fir tree at the bottom of the gardenare protruding in his lawn.
Absolutely not. It's entirely his. Tell him it's a natural feature. Is it true it's my full responsibility?0
