Have had what appears to be spam / phishing from this company today.
There a number of things that lead me to think so:
1) Headers use one of my email addresses, 'unsubscribe' sentence indicates it was sent to another.
2) The WhoIs site has no information on a domain owner for silversunproperty.biz
3) It offers "guaranteed 6% income" from investing in (unspecified) care homes on a five year investment - then says the income will be "8% minimum years 6-10 plus 130% buy back (optional)
4) In various places within the code are comments suchas:
"color: red !important; /* Preferably not the same color as the normal h=
eader link color. There is limited support for psuedo classes in email c=
lients, this was added just for good measure. */"
If others here know better, fine, but I felt it was worth flagging up in case anyone else gets the same.
(Note I do not download these things, but can read the html on-server before deleting)
