I pay my o2 bill with my Amex. I pay £22 with Amex and the direct debit collects the remaining pence.
just signed up to Vodafone recently. Cannot get my Amex to work even though I have been assured they take Amex.0 -

Don't you see the irony in this? You come on trying to find out something you could have worked out for yourself. People try to help by looking up terms and conditions for you and telling of their experiences.
