Question re. credit searches

I recently signed up to checkmyfile to get an overview of my credit file. With regards to the searches section, it appears there are a couple of credit cards which I applied for - and received - last year, that are not showing up.
Just wondered if there is a possible explanation as to why this would be? The cards were issued by Tesco and MNBA.

I don't think checkmyfile gives a particularly good view of your reports, particularly Experian. Check the three CRAs directly.0

The "explanation" is given in the checkmyfile T&Cs. You must have only skim read them before signing up.Just wondered if there is a possible explanation as to why this would be?
Clue: See zx81's post above.
Hopefully it was a free trial, because if you paid for it you didn't get value for money.0
