Hi,
After some help here. I've just had an IVA completion letter and satisfaction certificate from my IVA provider.
Called up to check before cancelling my standing order and they say they have done this in error. Can they be held to this or do I just have to accept it is an error?
I've had they IVA c3yrs.

If your proposal says 60 months, or maybe 72, then clearly there has been some sort of error so you should continue as normal. The agreement between all parties at the beginning is still valid I'm afraid.0
