I have had my Tesco Mastercard about a month.
My statement was due 3 weeks ago and I have not received it. I have phoned Tesco 3 times, once a week.
They say they are having a problem, and lots of people are in the same boat. I should have paid it on August the 17th, and notice that they have put a late payment on me already.
Anyone else suffering this same mess?
Ralph.

No but you can always view your account on line and make payments. I have held their card for a year and have never had a problem. If you are unable to access on line at least set up a direct debit to take the min payment and then if the statement is not received your are least covered for the min payment.0

Yes, I realise that.
Thing is at the present time it suits me to pay in my bank, with the statement.
She did say that there would be no extra to pay, I just like to be on time, and although she said that I still worry a little.

I thought that from the 3rd August they were stopping sending paper statements as standard. They were going to send card holders an email each month to say that their statement was ready for viewing. You can opt for paper statements to continue by choosing that option on your account online. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

They'll refund that charge for you.

No, you can chose to keep having statements, there is provision on the web site for this.
When I phone, they tell me lots of people are having to wait. There don't seem to be anyone else on this forum.
Well, it's Monday and I have still not had it, I can see me phoning again Wednesday.

 Tesco customer services are really hard work. push for compensation - it's not your mistake. The whole migration from visa to mastercard has been handled so poorly by tesco that even my 8 year old son can see where they've gone wrong.
We havent had the same problem as you but they have 'upgraded' us from visa to mastercard without our permission, and cancelled our visa cards, leaving us high and dry and without money on holiday. 11 days later and we're still no nearer to getting a card. I'm in daily communication with them. Everyone at the call centre seems to be a manager of some sort, but few have any real authority.
good luck!0
