I recently used this firm to scrap my car. After TWO missed appointments and no apology or explanation i'm a tad annoyed. What if anything can i do about it?. Scrapping the car has now cost me more than i was paid in scrap value due to time taken from work to wait for my car to be collected. Should i just let it slide or ???????

Doing anything other than putting this behind you and forgetting about it will just cause you more grief and probably cost you more money. You have no comeback against CarTakeBack. You have no basis for any legal claim against them. You cannot claim for lost earnings.
Sometimes life takes a bit of a crap on you. You just have to shrug it off and move on.
Hopefully venting on a forum has made you feel a bit better.0
