    Yes we did! although we are both suffering a little bit today, we don't normally drink a lot and so having over a bottle of wine has made me a little delicate :rotfl:

    Oh dragon - sounds like you've had a rough time of late. Hope things pick up. And don't beat yourself up over buying necessities - or having the odd binge - sometimes it is needed. You'll get there. :)

    I know but sometimes it seems as though it is 3 steps forward and 4 steps back! If I could get to 3 forward and 2 back I would be happy :D

    I need to buy new undies too........I would be mortified if I had to go into hospital or anything.........perhaps I will buy myself some for Christmas. If I ask OH to get them for me, he will present me with something MOST unsuitable/uncomfortable :rolleyes:

    I needed to buy some a couple of years ago for that reason! I normally wear thongs but not quite suitable for a hospital visit :rotfl:

    Okay day one of "Get the Dragon back on track"!! Up at 08.30 hours (almost unheard of for me these days!), out to the Dentist (only to find they hadn't booked me in for a ground floor room and therefore we have had to re-arrange for January! Ah well money saved I guess LOL), rest of today will be two phone calls/texts and stitching!

    Diet is being tracked on Caloriecount.com again and so far I have had 200 calories :eek:

    Woot! I have nearly reached 900 calories for the day! Not bad going when you realise I am supposed to consume 2,450 in order to lose weight at a reasonable amount!
