Thanks Taxi! I will confess that I will be happy once all this is over and done with and he has another job (somewhere!), any news on your qualification yet?

Ok i have put the turnip down, and have propped eyes open with sticks, as can't take any more tea. x

Well the meeting this morning was totally carp - it looks like the company doesn't give a stuff about stress and people's health (Mr X - the line manager - is under stress and you need to take this into account! :eek::eek::eek:, but stuff you, you don't matter so we won't change a thing) - starting to look at whether Dr Dragon can claim constructive dismissal!

That is b*llocks - if Mr X is under stress to the point that he is unable to do his job properly then he shouldn't be doing it. Other people are not acceptable collateral damage for one manager's stress. Feel strongly about this as OH is in a similar boat - though because there have been numerous people raising similar issues they are at least being forced to act.

Hope Mr D. gets the new job. And in the mean time you take care of yourself - fainting from pain - BAD! :eek: You need to rest and get lots of treats.

Oh and :T:T:T on the weight loss - I haven't lost a bean. Think I am pretty carp at this particular challenge!

Ah but Mr X is on the board and therefore a special case whereas Dr Dragon is just a menial member of staff!

I do too - either that or get back into the field he did his doctorate in - much more interesting for him! No more treats for me - after consuming what felt like my own body weight in chocolate last week I am being ultra careful :rotfl:

Thanks mizmir - I think it doesn't help that the HR person is a personal friend of a couple of the executive team (hmm can we all say conflict of interest then!!!)

I am worrying that NEXT week the chocolate pounds will suddenly pounce :rotfl:
