    Thanks LT, after sobbing all over Dr Dragon last night (with TFD (tm) trying to help me out with nose nudges :D) I wrote down everything I ate yesterday and it looks as though I am under eating again :mad: - ah well back tracking and hopefully things will pan out! Meanwhile back at the list!

    i can order them online to be delivered to our local library, they don't really have much choice there.

    Um we were until we both went down with the lurgy that has been doing the rounds at his place of work :o, I have no voice (stop cheering in the back there!) and Dr Dragon is all shnurfly - ah well I have been managing to get some crochet done :j
