Okay so a mini update, no stitching done since Monday *sigh*, but I started the higher dosage on the thyroxine today so hopefully that will give me some more energy, I am about to go do some cleaning (well after another :coffee: :rotfl:), weight is currently static at just over 23 stone , but hopefully the medication will help with this as well.

I had a bit of depression spending :(, but hope that is over and I can start throwing money at the CC again (I didn't go back over drawn though so was happy with that!)

Bit of a difficult one re the Thyroxin, i am sure you have researched it to the hilt but i do agree that a higher dosage may help. I know a friend of mine just withdraws into herself and it is generally her GP who will make her have blood tests and adjust her levels.
I wonder though sometimes at this country's policy on checking bloods for things like hormonal levels etc. If there was a better regime in place maybe peeps wouldn't have to suffer as much and dosages could be more accurate.

I understand with Thyroxine that too high a dose can cause you just as many problems as too low a dose :o, but once they have it sorted then it should be tests only about every quarter or half year just to keep an eye on it.

Okay managed to clean the privy, bathroom sink and stove top (but I reckon I will give that another go tomorrow when I do the kitchen sink), tonight we are at the pub for supper (book club night which meets at the pub :D), so hopefully that will be okay, tomorrow some more cleaning AND if I can some stitching! Saturday LOTS of laundry :p and stitching again (I hope! :rotfl:)

Dragon, please don't take on too much. glad to see you've managed to do a bit of housework though, i'm trying to do about 15 mins each day. It won't get me on top of the flat but does make a little difference in a sqare foot of space.

Ah the laundry is taking it to the laundrette! I sit with a good book whilst it does its stuff and the owner very kindly carries it through to the driers :o so a fairly chilled weekend, I wish I could do more around the house but I can't
