Well this is for 7 days and some of it is sitting (stitching, the book, filing), some is fun (out with Dr Dragon for a meal and meeting up with friends!), the rest will be spread over the week so hopefully it should all be fine!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

As I said to Taxi a lot of it is small bits that can be done sitting, and the birthday is mine - Dr Dragon's is early April (and this year I am creeping closer to 50 :eek:, 46 I am this time) so as I said on my healthy living blog I have REALLY got to kick myself into touch and get healthy and slim
(so what is the first thing I do, go to the pub for supper
)
