    Hmm serious Mick taking indeed then LT - good news on getting a better form of heating though - we got draught proofing done earlier this year and we are looking forward to a cheaper Winter fuel wise!

    please dont' get me started. the porch is an absolute state, ready to fall down, three of us agree it needs done but the idiot upstairs will do it 'when he's ready to do it'.
    we have real problems with damp as well, cos water runs down the cavity, hits the damp course and can only come in doors. it does my head in that i have so little control about it.
