This has happened quite often. When browsing for something in particular e.g. today I was looking for info on men's bladders (husband got problem) a large picture pops up informing me there is a free laptop with my name on it.
It is actually in the background as I am typing this. How can I get rid of it?At one stage it filled the screen and there was no way that I could reduce it.
Plus, I have been working all day checking ways to clean my computer and have a long list of antivirus etc. software installed. I'd like to post the list so that someone can tell me which I should delete as I'm sure I don't need them all. Where is the best place to list these programmes?

Thank you GoofyGAT, I will start a new thread. Please take a look at it as soon as you can as, at the moment, I have big problems with my computer. Even clicking on a subject line on a posting on MSE means I have to sit back and just wait...and wait. I bank on line and am getting worried that my computer is infected.0
