Spa voucher and treatment times - who is right?

    She kept stressing on the phone that the listed times are the "hands on" treatment times. (This isn't explained anywhere.) Again, I think if I get up to 90 minutes of treatment time, it shouldn't include any aftercare!

    Actually, it reads to me that you can't get a 40 minute treatment, you can only get the Day Spa treatments, which are 15, 25, 45, 55, 70 or 85 minutes long, plus the 5 minute aftercare.

    But this does clearly say this is treatment time, and your voucher includes 90 minutes of treatment time. So you should be able to either decline the aftercare, or it should be included.

    You would have to change to 2 x 45 minute treatments though instead of a 55 + 45, otherwise you are definitely using over the time and there may reasonably be a charge.

    Thanks. They have no problem with me having the 40 min treatment but they insist that puts me 15 mins over, and that they'll have to charge £15.
