Barclays Premier Address ?

As part of the Upgrade to Barclay's Premier I received a letter to which I need to show Bank Statements, as I have no local branch I sent these by Recorded Delivery to the address on the letter which was:

Barclays Bank PLC
Direct Banking
Leicester Servicing Centre
Leicester
LE87 2BB

But this just seems a General Correspondence address for everything at Barclay's and not Premier Banking, will it still reach the Premier Banking Department ?.

I am just worried I have lost 6 months of original bank statements !.

If you sent them recorded delivery and have evidence that Barclays received them then they should accept financial liability for the cost of getting equivalent statements reissued by your current bank in the event that they do become lost.

Without knowing the machinations of internal postal distribution within Barclays, if that's a published correspondence address then they certainly should be capable of routing it to the right department on arrival....

I can't see premier banking having its own address, apart from a department header.

It will find its way.
