After 28 weeks on ESA - TC and WTC query

I am fast approaching the 28 week mark on ESA. I am still not well. Is it just the WTC bit that stops after 28 weeks or both tax credits and WTC please ? Ive searched but I cant find the answer anywhere - thank you
