homebase worktops, anygood?

Anybody had any dealings with homebase worktops, have found out they are made for them by interior designs which is part of the magnet group, went to magnet today and they are selling the same patterns at twice the price,how do they compare with B&Q brand etc are they genuine formica? thanks

We chose a Homebase worktop, for our last house, 'cos didn't like the options from Ikea, where the kitchen came form. Plus they had the breakfast bar option, too - colour was Slate Grey, to top our gloss black units.
Looked good & no problem with it - except it was heavy!!!
& don't forget 10% discount day, is when you order it - this weekend, I think!!
