CCJ & RBS (Lombard)

Hi All.
First post so please be gentle.
Trying to cut a long story short, here's the story - I had an IVA agreed in 2011, which I paid off at 100p/pound in 2013. While the IVA was being processed, one of my creditors (Lombard/ RBS) applied for a CCJ against me, which was granted 3 days before the IVA was approved.
Skip forward to June this year, when I discover the CCJ is still showing as unsatisfied (I think that's the correct term...), despite the debt being fully paid off as part of the IVA. I've spoken many times to the RBS Insolvency Team, who tell me the debt was sold on twice. 3 months later they've managed to follow the paper trail and are supposedly writing to me with a letter stating the debt has been fully paid off as of 2013 which I can send to the court to have the CCJ marked as "satisfied"
So, my question is...when does the 6-year countdown to the CCJ coming off my credit record begin. The day it's issued, the day it's satisfied (i.e. now-ish) or the date the letter says the debt was repaid??
Thanks.

Hi
Welcome to the forum.
The CCJ should drop off your credit file 6 years from the date of the judgement, regardless of whether it’s satisfied or not.
