Once past the lovely prices.....
I have nothing but praise for the service I recieved last week, we were on holiday in the area, had pre-booked tickets for the 3 of us, - en-route we got stuck in an accident, rang Snowdon Railway, in the hopes that they might change the booking.
No problem at all, our tickets were moved along 2 hrs, and I was told that if the incident wasn't sorted to ring back and they would help again.
We made it plenty of time so didnt need to take the 2nd move around..
Def 100% customer service
x

Something I always wanted to do is go there.
Its ncie that some companies are flexible, polite and good customer service. It really does pay to have these qualities

this is the place that is infested by Parking Eye , a few mths ago a walker fell and hurt himself , an ambulance was called , parking eye issued a ticket for overstaying and neither them or snowden railway would back down
the CC judge threw the case out
any spot infested by this company will not get my patronage
oh look a link to the story

That's the parking company though, if Snowdon Rail outsource the parking then parking tickets are nothing to do with them. And what do you expect with private parking firms, most of them are unethical cowboys!0 -

It has everything to do with them. Companies are jointly liable for the actions of their agents.0 -
