Hello Folks,

Try to call a number from a Kid's phone but it was asking for password.

One can receive calls with no problem.

The password is unknown.

What can I do to bypass/cancel the password so that calls can go out again?

is that on the sim or the phone? , try another sim card

I would guess the phone , if it was the sim it wouldn't access the network other than for 999?

Cheers. I can confirm that the password is on the alcatel phone.

I put the sim in another phone and it can called out with no hitch.
