Lombard direct ppi and RBS

After reading information on forum that RBS are dealing with Lombard Directs ppi claims. I downloaded a complaint form on the RBS website and sent off as had been pressured to take insurance as would be there more chance of being accepted with it.
Today I received a text message saying thank you letting them know my concerns and I would receive acknowledgement within 10 days and a final answer by 22nd october.
Five minutes later two texts saying we have sent you a letter detailing the outcome of our investigation and two ppi ref numbers and i will receive it within 10 working days.

I did not include any account numbers when I sent the complaint so they must have found them this just seems very quick as it has only been two weeks since i wrote to them.

Does this look like a good or bad sign as I can not see other posts that have been settled so quick?
