Hillingdon hospital ukpc

Hi everyone.
Currently my daughter is in hospital with suspected appendicitis.
We purchased a week visitors parking permit, and last night my wife came to find a ticket on the car.
We were parked in a space for ess permits.,I've had a look and nowhere did it say where visitors permits should park.
There were other spaces available next to car when she returned and the ticket says first seen at 18:05 and ticket issued at 18:05. So no window wat so ever
All details on ticket appear correct, although the part that shows the charges is offline and cannot be read.
It's stressful enough as it is without having to pay this too.
What should I do.
I can post the pictures if needed?

UKPC are in a whole heap of trouble for allegedly altering the times on parking tickets. Do a bit of research and send your findings to the Hospital CEO. Start here

How do I know if the ticket was issued via that method. Do I appeal straight away? Can the hospital even cancel the ticket? If I say no signs for visitor permits etc0
-
the trust employed them so are jointly liable and any complaint should go to PALS or the CEO
as this is a windscreen ticket, send in the template appeal from the newbies sticky thread around day 25 , or wait for the NTK in the post and then appeal it as keeper using the same template
if you arent sure when to appeal, you havent read the NEWBIES sticky thread , or digested it properly0 -
I've had a quick browse through but it's hard doing it in phone whilst coming and goin from hospital etc. I've read the sign again and it says £100 fine reduced to 60, why have they given me 60 reduced to 35. The ticket dont actually tie up with the offence they've said in in breach of.0
-
I doubt it says the word "fine" (I think you made that up) but if it does actually say the word FINE it needs a picture taking of it and reporting to the trust and the BPA too
if the signs dont conform to the paperwork, its an added appeal point as well0 -
I'll get a picture of the sign tomorrow.0
