    I've decided not to downsize so my kids get more not that they need it as they have better houses than mine already blooming Gen X.
  • For once I agree with carper

    Median is pretty unhelpful - affordable for me would not be being able to choose from 50% of the houses in a given area. I would say affordable is being able to purchase any of the properties - up to half of them is about being picky.
    Left is never right but I always am.
