Sorry - I'm no mortgage expert, but my best guess is that different lenders will draw different conclusions from the report. Indeed, different individuals within companies might draw different conclusions.
Plus, as I said initially, it will aslo depend on your LTV.0 -

Just seen a post on another thread. It will either be yes or no to mortgage. As we are applying with woolwich/barclays and they dont do retentions. .0
