Where to buy packing peanuts ?

I need to buy some of those polystyrene peanuts for packaging delicate items, ie inside their boxes.

Where is the current best (ie cheapest) for about 15 cubic feet.

I bought previously but they were like plastic 'wotsits' and very flimsy. I've had deliveries with far better quality peanuts ... like wee S shapes.

I buy mine from ebay as even delivered the prices are better than my local packaging warehouses.

Be careful though, I bought some corn starch ones as they are meant to be green and biodegradable. I put them in my usual storage building and they attracted mice, the mess that a few teeny minuscule mice can make is amazing, had to get help to empty the building, wash and clean everything and throw away anything that was not in a sealed box. The peanuts themselves stank, we opened the bag and my husband was almost sick from the smell. I am just thankful that the remains of my book stock were elsewhere, but they did start to destroy some of my paper receipts that I had stored temporarily after completing my annual accounts . I'm only buying full fat non green ones in future
