Dreadful Extra Energy

I made the mistake of switching to Extra Energy last year.

Having moved house in January I provided my final meter reading and expected the bill to get sorted. Despite countless phone calls and emails it is still not resolved 7 months later, to add insult to injury they have just sent me a letter from a debt collection agency saying I have defaulted on my account!! This is despite the fact my account is still nearly £600 in credit.

I write this as I have been waiting for over an hour to get through to them. Avoid this company, the customer service is nothing short of disgusting...be warned!!
