Vouchercodes?Aviva/Amazon Voucher - Con?

My son took out car insurance with Aviva through a Vouchercodes link and was supposed to receive a £50 Amazon voucher within 60 days of the policy start date. That was 17th May. It is now 1st September and he still hasn't received the voucher. Aviva say Vouchercodes are responsible and Vouchercodes say Aviva are. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a con? My son would not have used Aviva for his car insurance if this voucher had not been on offer.

I think the cash back sites are more reliable though not guaranteed. It's best to buy what you want and if you get some cash back or bonus then so much the better but I wouldnt choose something just for a third-party promotion.

I'm sorry to see your son hasn't received his Amazon vouchers within the expected time frame. I appreciate this is frustrating but can assure you this isn't usual practice and this is a legitimate offer.

If you would like us to look into this, please ask your son to contact us directly at social@aviva.co.uk with:

- His full name
- His date of birth
- His post code
- His policy number
- Your MSE username (so we can link his email to this post)

Once we have these details, we'll be able to investigate with our affiliates team and look at getting the Amazon vouchers resent.
