account application - income

Hi all, quick question regarding income on bank account applications.
I’m applying to Santander for a current account this week and I’m not sure what to put as my income.
I don’t work, but I do have student loans, grants etc.
In the past for Natwest I’ve put £0 as they said not to include this.
But with Santander before with a rejected application, they included loans etc as a form of income. (At least, the advisor on the phone said put it on the application)
However when I use the MSE eligibility checker with my income as £0 it finds me, but if I use the income including student loans, i.e. the income figure that I’m going to use this week, it doesn’t find me.
So basically Im not really sure what to use, do I just follow what the advisor says and use loans as income, risking not being found on the system?
(Side note, if I applied to Vanquis, they want household income, which would be a totally different figure) – does this not have implications with National Hunter?
Many thanks
